100X100 XAREL·LO

We are pleased to inform you that our Parató Xarel lo 2021 wine has obtained the maximum recognition that the DO Penedès grants as 100% XAREL·LO.

The Penedès Denomination of Origin has presented a new badge to identify the 100×100 Xarel•lo wines, which will have to present one hundred percent traceability of this variety and, in addition, obtain 72 points or more in the tasting committee of the Denomination. In this way, the new label will make it possible to easily identify the bottles of wines made solely with the Xarel•lo variety, with the aim of giving visibility to wines with these characteristics that are made within the Denomination and, specifically, with the variety star of the Penedès, to position it as a reference variety.

That is why from now on you will be able to see the seal that accredits it on each bottle of this great varietal wine.
